the only objects I have problems with so far are the urinals from the school set. They do not "pull" from the catalog. Does anyone else have this problem? Or does anyone know what the issue is so that I might look up how to fix it?

Apologies for "bumping" such an old thread but I ran into this problem myself recently when I DL'd this wonderful, vital-to-my-game set. I couldn't find a fix here so I used SimPE to fix the problem - at least the files work in my game now. I put the fixed files on MediaFire in case anyone else wants them as badly as I do. I hope this doesn't rub anyone the wrong way. Just didn't seem like a fix was forthcoming so I thought I'd share. I don't have every EP but I'm thinking since they were Base Game compatible this shouldn't be a problem? You should remove the old ones before you put these ones in. If they give you problems just delete them.
