This lot is part of a short series of homes I am building. They are mostly starter houses, and are styled in a gothic, grunge or rundown fashion.

Info and Requirements:
Price: $32,065
Lot Size: Small, 3x2
Furnished or Unfurnished: Unfurnished
Landscaped: Yes
Play-tested: Yes
Lot-Type: Residential
Residents: None
EPs/SPs: The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, and possibly Seasons

NOTE: You don't need any of the hacks in the pictures above, and sorry about the mailbox recolors but I don't know how to get rid of them. Also one of the hacks is the garage door, you can always replace that with a regular garage door if you don't want any hacks.

Thanks!! I'm glad you like it. I needed some starters too since I like playing single sims, and couples. Cheesy
And I am working on a furnished version as well as the house next door to this one, and a Thai Restaurant down the street Tongue

Sorry to both of you, but I deleted the file a long time ago and I haven't played TS2 in even longer. However I just got he free ultimate collection, so I'll be starting up again. I might just have to remake this lot Cheesy
