This is the first successful house I have made in ts3. First house ever I have liked enough to share Big Grin. The floorplans are originally by Beatdoc16. I cannot take credit for that. (thanks beatdoc) I got a few things in there from here ->http://designsims.blogspot.com/2009/06/objetos-sims-3-store.html
I can't remember where I got all the patterns but I know most are probably from Modthesims and GoS.
