Anyone willing to group Javiera's "Ghost Town" trees?
I use them often and would appreciate if someone could make
them in groups for easier decorating, like the maxis NH deco trees.

Thanks

I saw your previous request for grouping these trees, and was interested in doing it myself, but didn't like to volunteer as I was so busy at the time. I'm still pretty busy (CiJ, amongst other things), and have another request to fulfil first, but if no one else wants to take it on I can add it to my list of things to do.

I'm very happy to step aside for someone else to take this on in the meantime though. Smiley

If you can add this request too, it would be much appreciated.
If not, I understand. Thanks for the reply :]

I'd be happy to do this in a few days. I have already looked at these trees. I'd like to make them taller, as they seem too small compared to other trees (nhood deco and normal) and to sims. Also I'd make them seasonal unless you wanted them to stay the same at all times.
Finally, what about mixing them with some of the existing hood deco trees recoloured? Otherwise we could end up with hood deco forest well above 10k-20k polys.
If you're interested , suggestions of which trees to combine with which is greatly appreciated - that's the most difficult part of the project Smiley

Thanks for the interest, Gwenke :]
It's not important if they're seasonal or not, though someone else might want that option.
About size and mixing them with other NH deco trees, I would rather have them in
original size and not mixed, simply combined to groups like in the photos I posted.

I'm glad you're going to be doing this, Gwenke. I had added the request to my 'to-do' list, but it would have been a little while before I could have done it myself. I'll look forward to snagging the results. Smiley

OK, then I'll make the pine forest first, then we'll see.
I'd love input on which non-pines would be used to get the forest in the second picture, and how many.

The second photo has the same pine trees from bird view.
and for the none pine groups, trees no 2 & 3 would be great together. Maybe in groups of 7 or 5?

Thank you for taking up this request, and I apologize for the late respond.

I've made three groups of trees: one with 8 pines, one with 5 oaks and one with 5 oaks plus some bushes. As I suspected they turned out ridiculously high poly (13k faces for the pines and around 20k faces for the oaks). I will not upload them in this form anywhere. Also, they are not seasonal as that would require including 6 copies of the meshes in the file.
The first two has the original textures and the one with the extra bushes is a little greener.

I will be making more hood deco forests but not with these meshes.
