Hi guys

Big ask....would anyone be willing to pooklet this hair in naturals for me please? I don't mind which version, I'm easy!


The mesh is at the booty http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/ts2/peggy/femalehair/hairmesh05424/

I've been searching for it on and off for about a month now on LJ, MTS and just by google searches and I haven't managed to track anything down. Someone else on GOS requested it a few years back too, but it seems nothing ever came of it.

I would be super grateful if someone would do this  Smiley

I am beginning to understand why you didn't find this already done, it is because the mapping is insane even by Peggy's usual standards!
The front starts off pretty well:

little bit wonky at the side...

definitely wonky at the back...

and here, she has mapped a piece of hair to take it's textures from two opposite ends of the texture file. Result: it won't line up no matter what you do with it.


I despair, I really do. If you don't mind that (like I said, it looks fine from the front) I can carry on and do all the other colours, otherwise I will just give it up as a bad job.

Yes, if anyone is reading this that can fix UV maps, please please please consider it! I would do it myself but I don't have a clue.

I don't mind the wonk and the weird mapping too much, I just won't look at that bit too closely   Grin

The line between the two textures exists in the mesh so it would still show up. It really needs scrapping and starting over from scratch this mesh!

Anyway, I have done the retextures and now they just need binning and zipping; they will be up later today!

Done!

The weird bit is still visible, but it's not quite as visible on the darker colours.
