Welcome to the TS2 Advent! As with 2010 and 2011, we have been sneaking about planning and creating this special event to treat you all! This event features gifts from selected TS2 creators and every day will show gifts from a different creator. This is a treat back to all our members (and lurkers *waves*!) to celebrate the alternative styles, creativity and talent we have at GoS.

This event is a 32 day Advent calendar which features talented creators every day from now until January 1st. This Advent is a celebration of our forum and it features many of the alternative styles you find at GoS, so there should be something for everyone.There is a mix of creators who have taken part before and some new, but very familiar, faces!  These creators answered the invitation to contribute and have been working their socks off to treat you with some amazing gifts. Check back every day to see which creator and what gifts there are!

But you know what else? If you play TS3 as well, then you will be thrilled to know that Fainiel and a team of TS3 creators have also done an Advent! Click here to see that thread.

I would like to say a big thank you to my fellow mods and the creators involved for all their help and work. I would also like to again thank all the creators who have taken part in the previous Advents, as without them, this event would have stayed as a crazy idea in my head and never have happened.

We hope you enjoy the goodies and the event! Have a good Christmas/Xmas, December, Yule, Solstice, Hanukkah, Dongzhi, Bodhi Day and New Year!   Our first creator will be posting later in the day.

I'm so excited for this! I've been checking everyday for the last week for some little sign that it was going to happen again, even though I only just found last year's Advent about a month ago. Happy Holidays to the whole crew around here and thank you for continuously spoiling us rotten!

Happy happy happy! It's advent calendar time!  I just can't wait for more things to clog up my game with! Waiting ten minutes for the game to load is totally worth having tons of awesome stuff for my sims!

I've been so wrapped up in school that I have entirely forgotten about December advents even existing, especially for the game!! (too bad my semester doesn't end till 4 days before christmas!) Anyways, It's a great surprise to hear that we have it this year I'm looking forward to checking daily and have -some- holiday spirit
